(Trial positions / Suitability tests)

In cooperation with the rehabilitation advisors at the German Employment Agency, we offer a specialized occupational orientation program in the form of short-term trial positions in desired professions, orientation courses, and vocational training courses. The training directors, instructors, and on-site trainers implement these programs and evaluate their results.

Constructive reintegration, in consideration of your individual interests and requirements, is the general goal of the trial positions and suitability tests.

A trial position usually lasts about 2-4 weeks, and should the recommended field prove unsuitable, it can be extended to other occupational fields. The suitability test assesses the candidate`s interests, his/her suitability for several occupational fields, and improves the candidate`s knowledge of the associated expectations, and the probation period can last up to 3 months.

An ergonomist supervises and advises in the use of technical aids during the course of all occupational orientation measures.
