In order to support the trainees we offer individual and job-related remedial teaching in German and Mathematics.

Classes are usually held as individual support. With the help of an individual support plan, which is part of a central support plan, the trainee can - on the basis of his/her existing knowledge - compensate his/her deficits.

Participants will be given the opportunity to eliminate deficits in spelling, grammar or mathematics.

All people involved in the support measure are in contact in order to guarantee that the classes are close to the praxis. Exercises and examples are related to the job the trainee has chosen.

The support of business trainees is organised on "learning islands". They are taught accounting, communication and other subjects. The tasks are explained by the instructor who repeats the theoretical issues and helps to solve the problems.

The aim is that the commercial transactions can be processed in the practice firm or in the Learning Office by the trainee independently and correctly.

The different degrees of visual impairment or blindness of the trainees also require the use of Braille and other appropriate technical aids.
