SFZ BBW introduced a new Case Management system in January 2003 with the objective of assuring successful vocational certification and integration into the primary labor market for each of our rehabilitation clients. To optimize the available structures and support networks, client support programs are directed individually and effectively. (Click for graphik download.)
Our Case Managers assist in devising support programs, in coordinating essential services for rehabilitation clients, and they work in close contact with teachers, vocational training instructors, on-the-job training personnel, boarding school counselors, specialists, and, of course, the rehabilitation patients themselves to provide an environment in which our clients can find opportunities and support independently. They are your primary points of reference.
Furthermore, the Case Managers are available to share their expertise and their knowledge of individual case histories with the clients? benefactors and the appropriate government agencies.
