Computer Braille

The participant gets to know the structure and functions of a Braille display. The differences to the six-point Braille, which lie mainly in the representation of special characters, punctuation, capitalization and numbers, are explained.

After the course the participant can read short texts in computer Braille on a Braille display. By using the computer speech and the Braille display it is possible to work on a PC effectively.

This offer is available in the vision support centres in Chemnitz, Dresden, Berlin and Königs Wusterhausen.
