Berlin: Language Courses in English and Russian

General Courses


The general courses follow the requirements of the European Framework. This framework defines 6 levels for the learning of foreign languages: A1, A2 (Elementary), B1, B2 (Intermediate), C1, C2 (Advanced). The level of the participants is determined by a placement test. If desired, participants can take the official exams at the respective levels.


Special Courses

  • Occupation: For participants that have reached level A2-B1 (business and management, catering, medicine, social studies)
  • Refresher and Individual Courses: These courses also follow the levels of the European Framework.
  • Leisure courses: for example, for holidays
  • Tutoring: For students of colleges, primary and secondary schools. The objectives are based on the curricula and requirements of the respective school.


The courses are conducted in small groups with a maximum of four participants or one to one. The classroom is equipped with computer magnifier and Braille display. Braille texts are also available.
