The department visual function is responsible for testing and recommendation of magnifying vision aids, and for the implementation of vision training, and other trainings.

In the area of the therapies for the blind and visually impaired, orientation and mobility training as well as practical life skills training are offered by our rehabilitation therapy teachers. Thus despite the visual impairment the independent management of everyday life is possible again. Our clients are given help and learn techniques to find  their way to the shopping place, to do the shopping and to prepare the purchased food.
